The New Zealand Art Festival cruise, escorted by artists John Lovett, Greg Allen and Amanda Hyatt will be a fantastic opportunity to go on a painting cruise with three of the best watercolorists and see the highlights of New Zealand’s North and South Islands. The cruise is fully escorted and includes painting sessions and sightseeing tours in most of the ports of call. You will meet a fun group of people and have a fabulous time.

How The Workshop Will Be Managed Each artist will run two workshops while on board the cruise and will have a distinct group to lead. When you are booking on the workshop please indicate which artist you would like to be taught by in the first week and in the second week. The group will come together for all social activities.

The Sun Princess
The Sun Princess, is a premium quality cruise ship with every convenience and comfort built-in. There are eight restaurants and cafes, four pools, five whirlpool spas, seven bars and lounges. There is plenty of space to relax on this big ship with a small ship feel, as it is so spacious. There are waterfront tables where you can dine and a huge selection of choices including traditional fine dining, 24-hour room service, a delicious Pizzeria, sumptuous buffet selections and the specialty restaurant – The Sterling Steakhouse. Enjoy Broadway style productions in the evenings, the scholarship at sea lectures during the day, or just relax in your luxurious stateroom. Clothing on board the Sun Princess
During the day casual clothing is typical, although shorts and swimwear are not permitted in the formal restaurants. There are four nights at sea classified as formal for dress purposes. Nights in port are classified as informal. During the evening on formal nights, a dinner suit or dark suit for the gentleman and eveningwear for the ladies is required for the main restaurants. Smart casual attire is required in the public lounges and restaurants.

Don’t Worry About Coming Alone
We have about a third of people on the cruise traveling alone. We will match people up in twin share cabins when available. This saves you the single supplement! You won’t be left alone. The Travelrite International tour manager will be looking after you and there will be group activities almost every day.
